Refunds will be made to the original credit or debit card used for the purchase. Refunds for website-related issues or unsatisfactory work will only be processed with the client’s approval. The customer must provide their account details and reason for the refund request to proceed. Refunds and cancellations may be issued in the following situations:

  1. Non-Delivery of the Tool: If you don’t receive the tool due to mailing issues with your email provider or server, please contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing Department in writing within 30 days from the service delivery date. If no claim is received, the product will be considered delivered and downloaded.
